TES Problems. Please help.

My friend just got a new TES, and is having a few problems with it. Here they are...

-Every once and a while it will shoot two balls and uncock. It kind of burps.

-with the eye on, it will not fire when it is tilted backward. Anything tilted back farther horizontal, and it will only shoot sometimes.

won't fire tilted back = bolt is 1/8'' or so too short, and the ball is rolling back to far for the eye to see

double shot and uncock= check reg output pressure and make sure tank is full

What do we do if the bolt is too short? Get an aftermarket replacement or suffer? Output is about 390 psi. Should we go higher?

My friend is pretty noobish, and he didnt oil it before he shot it. And he and I shot it about 100 before he told me he didnt oil it. And he didnt have any oil. Could this be the cause of the recocking problems?

Most of the time the marker would double shoot (not double feed) and then either not recock or recock. When it didnt recock, it got stuck almost cocked. We only had to pull the bolt back about 1 cm to cock it from this position. Is this because of the bolt and striker friction?

I think the bolt is about 1/8 too short, because it will shoot when horizontal, but not when pointing any higher than horizontal, most of the time.

I also have a question I would like answered for myself. What is up with the striker? It doesnt have an o-ring, just a rubber collar that acts like an o ring. Wouldnt that be hard to replace and not do much for the striker?

Sorry about the long post, but I dont know much about Draguns and I really want to help my friend. There really isnt much info out there for servicing these, unlike Spyders.

dude .... call dragun empire .. they will probably just send u a new bolt or somthing .. and its got a warrenty... adn yes .. u should try to oil it .. will help lots, i know i oil mine every game or 2 games ... just because mine doesn't like to recock somtimes... and that is very embarressing when your with friends ...
