I have a 3.5 ounce CO2 tank mounted on my gun to prevent liquid CO2 getting to my mag. Thing is that its 2 years out of date (say 94 on the bottle).
My local paintball store doesnt sell these anymore so i will need to find something to replace it.
What are the best ways to prevent liquid Co2 getting into my mag (i dont have a remote so thats out) and i have a anti-siphon in my tank. Also what is a Eclipse FBM Mag from planet eclipse? Pic (http://www.paintballplanet.co.uk/shopimages/thumbmagfbm.jpg)

That looks like a Vertical ASA to me. You just need a normal Expansion Chamber. Anything should work ok, tho larger wold be a bit better. See if you can dig up a old Air America Wispering Death, IMHO the best X-Chamber ever made. Running remote on mine is as regular as Nitro (tho you will still get shoot down and frozen tanks if not a lil careful).
Or, an even better bet is to go Nitro if you can afford it. Nitro is very nice. Nitro + Mag = Happy Happy Joy Joy. It just plain works all the time and you pretty much never have to futz with it. I would suggest an adjustable output tank if you ever plan on an ReTro upgrade. That gives you the ability to tweak the reactiveness of the trigger to whatever level you want.

Well i only bought this mag a few weeks ago (bout a month now i think - STILL HAVENT USED IT!!). I had to exhaust all my savings to buy it! So unfortunatly CO2 is the only option at the moment, and i dont want to go round playing with a small bomb :D (well thats was a dangerous set up could be).
What is a vertical ASA? And got anymore options for x-chambers, the only ones i can get ahold of are ACI's what are they like?

I'm not currecnt with the different types of X-Chambers, tho I would guess that any quality one would do the job well.
The Vert ASA is the Vertical Bottle Adaptor, here is a pic with it outlined in red:

ACI's are nice. Also Benchmark makes some nice matte black ones which go with the Mag well.

I live very much in the UK and $20 may not mean much to you but to me once you add VAT and P&P it comes to $30 oh well its not that much.
If i got a proper x-chamber would it have to be replaced/tested every X many years? Seriously considering ACI's now, how are x-chambers installed? Like my current 3.5 ounce?

They usually thread into the Vert ASA and have an CO2 inlet on the side. They also make a nice foregrip.

So basically the same as my current 3.5 ounce? Great! Easy!
Still need some info about different brands.
