i hear people talking about how u can adjust a reg and changes its pressure. im not sure what that means what does it change??

the pressure refers to the pressure of the air going into the gun. it is measured in psi (pounds/ square inch) different guns use different pressures to operate, for instance my gun operates at about 200 psi, while me old spyder operated around 750-800 psi. changing the pressure slightly can change your velocity to make your gun shoot faster or slower.
