Tippmann 98 custom

ok, i am new to paintball and i need to get some opinions...i just got a 98 custom from 888paintball, and all (all of them, every one) of my friends have spyder compacts, one of them has a java, one of them has a tippmann, and a spyder compact, but all i hear is spyder, spyder, spyder. they all tell me that the compacts are better then the 98s. is this true? i personally dont care all that much, but frankly i'm sick of hearing how much better their guns are then mine, mine has a scope, a collapsible stock on the *** end, a flatline barell, expansion chamber, i kindo looks like an m-16... but what do y'all think? spyder compact better or tippmann, i like my gun...and i hate spyders...they come with nothing at all no hopper, tank, bottom line, etc.

They are on par with each other, the tippman is just very very durable, bloody indestructable. Spiders are more compact and look more like tourny level markers.

Its 6 of one, half a dozen of another. Just tell them that your personal preferance is Tippman.

spyders always seem to fail at my loca field and you will never have a problem with a m98 that cant be fixed in about a min
