is there a metal trigger frame for the g3? if so, where can i get one and for how much?

Yes there is. It is the same as the one for the G2s. You can find them at most online stores that carry Piranhas. If you have a shop around you that carries PMI they should have it or be able to order it for you. The cheapest place I have seen them is at paintballlover.com for around $60. Some places have them for $100. If you buy one you should shop aorund and find the best deal.
