Ok, pressure is used to power your marker. Some markers require a high amount of pressure, which is measured in PSI.
I'm not sure of the consequences of uneeded pressure. I'm guessing you could save air (CO2, etc.) but not sure. You could buy a regulator which determines the amount of air that gets into your gun (thus not having an excessive amount of pressure).
Not sure about it since I haven't been playing long.

Low pressure, if configured correctly, will increase the efficiency of your gun. That's about it. It will probably make it quieter as well.

ok but if a have a high pressure gun, and i buy it some low pressure parts, will it affect the efficiently of the gun or it would damage it or what?

It depends on what you get. I'd get a regulator first. They are a great upgrade no matter what. A turbo valve is another good investment. Check up the stickys in the Kingman forum and blowback forums.
