problems with one kit

i just got a one kit and hooked it up and now when i air it up it wont shoot it just clicks like normal anyone know whats wrong with it

turn the pressure up in the LPR like the manual says, clokwise until it leaks, then back until it stops leaking and 1/4 turn back for safety
