E-Paintball Outlet

E-Paintball Outlet keeps ***king up.
They have taken 3 weeks to send me a package that was supposed ot be in stock and take 2 days to deliver.
When i got my package, it was a wrong one.
They sent my brand new Rat JR to some Joe Blow in VA.

Who do i complain to?

I ordered a jersey and a Impy seal kit from PBFanatics.com on 4/8.
I had a little trouble with the checkout, using PayPal, so I emailed them today 4/14 to make sure it all went through.

Their reply,
"Hi,

yes we did recieve your order and we will ship it tout as soon as we can get to it.

ya i know i bought a mouse impulse and i got it but the vision never worked so i sent the vision board in and they said they got it and would be shipping it out and i should have it money well that was thre weeks ago. i called thme back just the other day and i asked them what was up and they said "i will be honest with you we havent had any vision boards in in along time"????????????????????????

yeah, i had some problem with them too......

i got everything but never received the extra free Dow33, i kept on calling them like 3 times....it still hasn't come yet, i'm glad i bought my gun from them before all of this happened

I sent a Rat in to have Ner
w Designz internals added and I also order a new maxflow tank. It took a bout two months tro get it back, a far cry from the one week I was promised, I was told it was a Smart Parts delay, but every time I have ordered from SP, the ordered arrieved within 4 days!.

When I got my order back, I was missing a pressure gauge (I had taken off my Rat) and an ANS fill nipple that I had paid for. I called the and they said the air gauge was broken when I sent it to them, It was not broken. They said the were crediting me back the $6.50 for the ANS fill nimple, which they forgot to install.

I have not received my bill, yet so I do not know, he I received the credit. I believe these guys are probably honest but I also believe they are very dis-organized.

All I can say, it was not a pleasant experiene for me. And I will probally never order from them again! I just will eat the gauge loss, and mark it off as a bad experience.

I just believe you guys should know this about e-Painball.

mainly the smaller ones u could say, i dunno from what ive read it doesnt always seem like a good idea to send your gun in for customization unless u live near so u can check things out.

very good point, how many people do you know that purchase things that they know nothing about, your gonna want specs b4 you buy so you know what ur getting and its capabilities.

As much as I love Wolvy and KK, I don't think they spend much time here anymore.... the thread is pretty safe. If it helps you out any, I'll just do some off topic, that way if it does get closed you can blame it on me.
