I bought a Psycho Ballistics drop foward from county paintball and it looked like it was used,it had paint chips and scratches. I emailed county paintball about a trade or a refund and all they said was I can assure you we do not sell anything used.

hrmmm, ive had nothing but good experiences with them.
im quite suprised by these stories.
mike you want to explain yourself?
but TRSMJFC did you send it back to get the color you wanted or to alert them of the problem with Angel A.I.R.?
and when i got by pyscho drop there were 2 small scratches that were also on my bro's (we ordered at the same time, same order) so i am not really sure what that is from, might just be the manufacturer's fault.

Well, I guess I need to speak up to make sure nobody gets the wrong impression here.
It's true that I sent the wrong color gun to TRSMJFC. It was a mistake and I admit I made it. I told him to send the gun back. I would reimburse him for his shipping expenses and send him the correct color. He refused. Not worth the hassle basically.
As for the Angel Air tank, I sent it to him exactly as National Paintball Supply sent it to me. I was totally unaware of any problems with the tank.
The Psycho Ballistics drop forwards are just made that way. Like Tippmann, they put function before looks. It's a great drop forward that balances the gun really well. It just doesn't have the best finish available and many arrive with minor scratches and such. Hard to complain when they charge so little and you'd likely get it scratched up after a day of hard play anyway.
Just about every customer who has ever purchased from us will probably tell you it was a good experience. We answer questions as quickly as we can and get the orders shipped as fast as possible. Like all humans, we're not perfect. However, if we make a mistake, we do what we can to make it right. In this case, the customer wouldn't let us.
I hope that helps explain things.
If you've had any experience at all with CountyPaintball.com, please tell about it here. Favorable or not. Thank you.

hey Mike, can you please ***** at your suppliers about the new revvies.
show them the article on www.warpig.com which clearly states all new revvies will include the x-board and the improved polycarbonate sides.
link: http://www.warpig.com/paintball/technical/loaders/xboard/index.shtml
quotes:
As of August 2001, all newly manufactured Revolution loaders include the X-Board
The replacement bodies and new Revolutions will be produced with polycarbonate in the fall of 2001
im waiting . . .

I've been trying. Apparently, there's a huge surplus of the older style they want to move first. None of my suppliers offer the new shells yet. The X-boards are available as add-in, but that's it.
I put in orders at least twice a week. Each time I ask for the new Revs. When they're available, we'll have them.

I've ordered a lapco bigshot, a case of paint, lenses, lapco DF, Crosswind fan and a few little things from County Paintball. All on three different occasions.
Every item I received was in top shape. Even the case of paint. There was not ONE broken ball.
I order from there because they have the best service and they are located out of state (i.e. NO TAXES).

I've never had any problems with them either. One time, I got a Lapco trigger guard, and it was stripped a little bit (not County's fault). I told him and the next day he mailed me a new one without questioning me. Everything I've ordered always comes fast and perfect, and he has the best customer service I've ever dealt with.
