Help me find a good gun!!!!!!

I need serious help to find a good reliable, well perfect semi gun around $300....or give some advice about maybe a cheaper gun that could be upgraded for around 300 bucks, help..... :| I was thinking about a Spyder Shutter or something crazy like the Enigma sumthin or other.... if ya have any advice id like to hear it, thanx...

I would reccamend goin with a Spyder. Though there are also many other good novice guns out there for ya. some other good ones are the Illustrators, or Piranhas

If you have played before I would get a used cocker or mag. If you haven't and want a nice gun stock I would get the Xtra (vert feed:D) or the Flash. If you want the gun tuned to your liking then get a Compact 2K and upgrade it. $300 on a Compact can go pretty far.

are you talking about 300 on marker alone?

cause you have to factor in prices of other things (mask, gloves, hopper, co2/n2)

in the end its going to cost maybe about 100 more then hte gun itself. (not to mention balls and field fees)

I would recomend the JT 4.0 can find it for about 190 VERT FEED

its mostly about looking around and seeing what gun is right for you.

if u plan on playing backyard and not that often you dont need anything really flashy, just something that gets the job done (a stock spyder 2k would probably work).

Id get a mag if you have 300 for just the marker but if its 300 for the mask,gas and all that stuff id get a used mag package.

My reccomendation would be the Kingman Flash. Take a look, electro for $269 at ww.hyperbolik.com
Vert feed, ELCD.....tons of stuff. And it's a pretty simple gun too.

I'd say either get the shutter that you were talkin' about or get a pirahna. Probably the pirahna, that's what I have. They are fairly cheap and are pretty dang good.

Get a tippmann custom 98 and upgrade it alot.;)

That's what I did. For $300 you can get a pretty good setup. and you can keep adding upgrades for only a few bucks at a time. There are also a lot of upgrades you can do on your own to improve the 98 without spending a pennie.

yeah the 98 is a good gun for a beginner, but how long are you actually a beginner?believe me on this one. if i were you i would get a simple little gun for my first gun then save up ALL of my money and get a nice electro but if you cant afford it then get an OK gun. the 98 is good up to a certain point. with all the money you spend on trying to make that gun good you could just spend on one gun like the impulse. the impulse has everything you need on there already so you dont have to hastle with all of that shipping whatnot

Get a fairly cheap gun like a Compact 2k, m98, or Tl+ and then save up for an electro like an impulse or bushy. If you do want to upgrade your first gun a bit, spend the money on air; get a nitro tank, a regulator, ect. Those upgrades can be used on your second, tourny level gun, so the money is not wasted.

that would be a good idea but after your compact go directly to the top or else you'll just get a medium class gun that sucks

I just went into the local Paintball shop and bought a Pirahna STS G3 for 199.95 and that comes with an AIR Punch card good for 20 free any size tank fill 9oz-HPA only one punch and a Paint card for 20% off on my paint , so maybe talk to the local paint guy about some kind of deal?
Oh I am as nOObe as they come I have played twice in my life , but I bought a gun ,in my opinion that is 1 level above me so I can grow into the gun
