you always need to have someone be a leader on my team. Every game i have played when i have a leader or i'm a leader i have won. You also need to understand how the size of someone affects how they should play. Large people should all play defense or snipe, because they are too big of a target and they are too slow. Medium sized or skinny guys should be on assault, if they are fast. If they suck, use 'em as a diversion(believe me it works i've tried it a couple of time, and no i wasn't the diversion)
and lastly, use all of your speed and energy while you play. people that don't use any part of their body besides their trigger finger usually lose. put your body into it.
