I've been debating...

In your humble opinions, would I be better off keeping my cocker the way it is now and buying an eblade, or just buying a used Imp?

I've found the eblade I want for $325, and Imps go on ebay for around $500... Which do you guys think is the better deal?

Definetally the E-Blade. No question..

Id take an E-bladed 'cocker over most markers, so of course I say E-blade ;)

:D YaY for E-blades! :D

Ebladed cocker > non WAS boarded imp

Its got the speed, eyes, and is cheaper then the imp.

Plus you can get a 2nds e-blade for $275 at www.planeteclipse.com

the little "cosmetic defect" is worth the savings

i dont think they sell the 2nd e-blades anymore actually, i e-mailed them about it and they never responded.

i'd go with an e-blade, definatly.

Eh, they are probably just sold out for now.

But if your are stuck with paying full price, go with a racegrip.
The eyes are better, they can fit normal 45 grips and have a recharagle battery, but the trigger is not as good as the e-blade(spring return over magnetic)

1 decent gun > 2 crappy guns.

Get the Eblade.

Muwhahaha
now i shall suggest an alternative other than the ones you listed....

Ya know the bushmaster is a lot nicer than a stock impy. No FSDO, superior stock trigger, lighter weight and better quality. Though if you know how to work on cockers the eblade would admittedly be better than a bushmaster.

I'd only be buying the trigger frame, not a whole gun.

you can pick up just the grip frame and front end for like $400. But then you need the rest of the parts to build your e-cocker and if your body isn't milled for eyes you need to take care of that.

If you read my first post I found the eblade for $325, and I already have a cocker.

is it milled for eyes though? back to the main point though I have seen e-blade cockers and they do rip like few guns. You won't be able to invest $325 better.

No, but I doubt I'll hit over 17bps... It should be alright.

Racegun is the company that makes the Racegrip
http://www.racegun.dk/

They allso make Raceguns, as in whole markers.

Go for the eblade. Impies got nothing on ecockers.

Sorry to jack the thread here but where can I send my cocker to get it milled for an eye? I'm a long way away from an eblad but I just want to know.

I own a cocker they are great guns but I came across this decsion also and I decided Im gonna keep my black magic a nice tricked out mechanical gun and buy a Rat Jr. then later on I will use the rat as my primary and the cocker as a back up.
Rat Jrs are great guns and cheap also check the Impulse Sticky on them.
But maybe In a year or 2 I will get another Black Magic and then E-blade it I suppose.

Don't try to be one of those ignorent Bushy > Impy people. Its rediculous how hard it is for people to realize that they're the same gun with different parts on them.

Imps have better regs stock
Bushy's have better bolts stock

They both have nice triggers, and both are made with decent quality, I wouldn't say that one surpases that much of the other.

Go for the E-Blade. I would take an E-Bladed 'Cocker over my Impy anyday. Then again, my Impulse is nothing special at all. You'll be very satisfied with your 'Cocker once you E-Blade it.
