removing pin from bolt

i just bought bob's delrin bolt but i have the older version ram. So i have to use the pin from my old bolt. my question is how would you remove the pin and how would you put it back on.

There's an allen bolt you need to remove. You need a fairly long allen wrench to reach it through the bolt.

You MUST use heat. Otherwise, you'll just strip the bolt. Heat loosens the loctite so you can take it out.

wouldn't i would need some loctite to retighten the screw. what kind of loctite should i use.
