People will say many things, but I personally recommend the CP barrel. It's quiet, accurate, and really cheap for Spyder threads or Tippmann threads.

32Degrees Terminator - $45 or less.
BUT....try borrowing a barrel before you buy to make sure it works well on your gun.

Being the previous owner of a gun with a CP barrel, and now the owner of two guns with Boomsticks, I'd have to say that the Boomstick is truly overrated. Yes, they are great barrels. Stylish, accurate, and quiet too. However, the CP fits in there pretty well, and for Spyders and Tippmanns, it costs but $35. :)

I've got a dye excel and its great for the money. The only problem I have is that balls explode a little bit. I've used my friends All American and it shoots roughly the same.
