How loud is an AA? [Archive] - Paintball Forums

I'm getting an '00 autocokcer in the mail w/ a 14" AA barrel, and I was just wandering how quiet it is. Like, how close do you have to be to hear it? Hmm... would anyone hear it if I shot it in my backyard :) ?

the bolt on your autococker will probably be louder than the actual air escaping that nice AA barrell. I went to our proshop today and finally heard an AA barrel for the first time...on a Dark cocker...all you could really here was that cool little "chinka chinka" sound that cockers make...hardly noticed the barrel

the aa is one of the most quiet barrels thanks to its design and porting. im thinkin of getting one for stealth. they are damn accurate too. its a great combo
