high or low pressure?

I will be buying a new tank soon. I have really been looking into the NitroDuck Plasmas. I was thinking about goin with the 68/45 but they come in 2 different styles: high pressure and low pressure. Which one would be the most efficient on my rat?

High Pressure is reccomended because it can be used on any marker, but either is fine.
