IS it possible to put a bottom line on a PGP without special adapters?

I've seen them before and such but theres always this black litttle tube thingy that connects the hose to the gun..it doesnt bother me I just dont know where to get one..
I want to know if its possible just too screw in a gun to hose connection and then the hose..
