Paintball in Europe

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what paintball is like in Germany, such as how popular it was, and what equipment they use etc. Thanks.

Well, a lot of local fields are popping out, it's still very expensive.
Paintballs for example cost around 180 DM, about 85 USD.
Markers from stingray to spyder cost the same 499 DM, you figure that one. Most of the Germans I played with uses top end markers. If you want I can send a mag, to give more details about paintball in Germany.

where i use to live near frankfurt all the germans that played had all high end markers...i was playing on a us feild and it was nice and the prices were not to bad.
