Difference between 2k and 2k1

I just want to know what the difference between the 2k1 LCD and THE 2k lcd. a know the milling is different and i heard the 14-way is different, is there any thing else. thanks for your help:)
if i get a 2k what should i get for it upgrade wise

there are 2 things different. the 2k1 has the new style battery and switch. and the board is upgraded to help against frying. really you dont need to upgrade anything on the 2k1. if anything maybe a barrel the original battery will work fine its just the annoying key needed to shut it off. i soldered in a switch and replaced the key all together
