Freak back with a insert or All American back?

I just bought a new cocker and i wanna get another barrel for it. I had a all american barrel for my spyder and i was just thinking that i could buy a AA back w/cocker threads and put the front on. But then my friend says i should just get a freak back w/ one insert. Should I get the freak insert (any recommended sizes) or the AA back?

I would go with the Freak back. Because then it would allow you to change the insert if in the future you start to use a paint that has a different bore size than what your normally use. You can change the insert so the paint still fits fairly snug.
