would this bolt work for a a-5 cause i heard that 08c bolts can work for a-5s

ok well i was wondering if to get a A-5 or 98c i dont know because i need a rec gun right now whats your opinion of the better gun with performance and price

The model 98 one, but the overall has yet to be determined ;).
Check the reviews, it's your best chance at an unbias answer. This has been asked 24798278947 times. Search could be useful too.
Since I get to share my opinion I'll give you 2 positives for each marker.
A-5=No Hopper required to buy and ridiculously easy to upgrade
Model 98(c)=Very affordable and very durable/low-maintanence.

well how about the fps between the 2 and the accuracy do they shout the same

FPS has nothing to do with the marker's design.
Furthermore, no gun is more accurate then another.
Like I said check the reviews and do some searches. There is a ton of info on this. Along with an entire write up about the A-5 FAQ and a Model 98 FAQ section in "The Ultimate Sticky" at the top of this forum.
Read that then ask.
