J&J kicks *****, and is real quiet. It has a lot of porting, so if you are going Low Pressure you'll want to tape over some of the porting (Like I did) or you'll want to get the Lapco. The lapco Bigshot is also a real good barrel. In all honesty I would say they perform almost identically except the bigshot has less porting making it louder and better for markers that are low pressure. The big shot also is black while the J&J is sorta grey
