Sold my old beginner gun, now I'm looking to buy a good tourney level marker for around $250 new or used. I have been looking at '02 Shockers, Impulses, Bushys, etc etc. You get the picture. Id appreciate some recommendations...I dont want an Autococker or an upped Spyder and so on. I'm not trying to be rude if you think that I am because I'm being pushy. My team needs me to get a gun fast so we can begin practicing for summer tourneys. If you need more info, feel pleased to ask. :P

P.S. If your gonna tell me theres thousands of threads just like this, piss off. If your gonna tell me not to get a SP gun cause theyre "monopolizing paintball", piss off. If you have anything else to say besides a little advice, dont say it. I dont wanna here your crap. Plain and simple.

Mag or used BKO.
Don't get a 2k2 shocker. 2k2 Shocker = Worst looking paintball ever, a brick.
I would look into a ULE RT Pro deal over at www.airgun.com.
$340 for the RT pro.

Don't diss the old shockers, they are crazy nice, heavy and big yes, but nice shooting :D
Still, don't get one. :P

For 250 you dont have many options. For all true electros you need HPA(dont know if you have it already).
You can pick up a pretty good used BKo for 250, or a stock bushy.

I have seen nice used Impys go for ~250, 02 Shockers for ~200, and B2k/B2k2s for ~225. Just throw me some guns you see new for around 350-450 and I can turn it into 250. Thanks for suggestions so far, I've been looking at mags. Keep em comin though, I appreciate it.
levi333: I'd like to here about your BKO.

Get an old stock Imp. Fast and will run off co2 as well as anything.

check the buy/sell forums. theres usually a nicely upped BKO there for a pretty decent price.

Sure you can't squeeze out anymore cash?
If you're too young to start working than do some yard work for neighbors or just busy work. Can earn easily $100 a week like that if you're determined. When I was 13 and I started playing I wanted a Cocker so bad I did this for like 3 months and when I got it I got an insane STO which I loved and still have for the most part.
Remember, it's always your choice and I suggest you visiting your local pro shop before deciding anything. Always test out and get a feel for the marker before you shoot it. I have some good friends in the business so before I buy anything I've always had many hours of experience with it.

Yeah, I can stretch the price too. I'm not too young to work, I have plenty money. I just don't wanna spend all on paintball. I havn't seen a decent pro shop here in WA yet. Most shops are like 15 square feet and sell probably 2 different guns. Thats why I basically have to rely on reviews, tips, etc. I'll probably end up with an Impulse, even though I'd really like an E-Mag. Anyways, thanks for all your suggestions, I really appreciate it.
P.S. No I don't really want a mech gun. Otherwise I'd have an automag in my hands right now. It's too bad e-mags are so expensive.

Sorry, I didn't realize you could fully express attitude online. You are obviously one of those people that were going to waste my time, and I didn't want people like you posting here, so I added it. The people that DID help me, are the people I wanted help from. Not immature 12 year olds that get picked on at school so they come home and try to sound cool on the internet by looking tough. That was not an expression of attitude, that was merely a statement of the rules om MY thread. Don't try to act like my "mommy" or "daddy," I'm 26 years old I think I can handle myself.

You maybe 26, but you obviously dont have respect towards others  . And who said anything about age. For a 26 year old you sure get ticked off easily. :eyes:
As for the post you can find some nice BKOs on ebay or maybe some other guns in the trading forums, there is an angel there for $250 if I'm correct.

LOL There you go again! Don't you understand I'm not mad? Don't you understand that what you're reading is simply little colored lights on a panel behind a sheet of glass. Anyways, thanks for the help, that I asked for, but still, everything else you've said has been quite uncalled for. And just for advice, having read a good amount of your posts, try not to seem like such a jerk. You have something negetive to say about everything. The statement in my frist post was put there entirely for people like you. But you just couldn't resist man. Do your self and everyone else a favor and only post if your gonna stay on topic. Don't waste people's time. And just to clear things up, so you don't go at it AGAIN, I'm not angry. You have no idea what I'm thinking. Irl you could see my eyes and here the tone of my voice, but right now you can oinly read this text. Truthfully, I'm laughing at you right now. I'm not mad...
