I just purchased an automag off ebay, and it comes with a 32 degrees carbon fiber barrel. I was wondering if this barrel is any good? Or should I invest in a different one? On the reviews it has a good rating of 9.1/10, but i want to know what you guys think.
Thanks

I've heard it's one of the few good 32* barrels. I would just use it for awhile and if you think you want a better barrel then buy one.

Personally, I would ditch it. There're many better barrels out, but until you actually try it out, no one can say.

I know i loved my teardrop on my old 98c, maybe i'll look into one of those since they are the best for the buck.

Actually the "best for the buck" would be the CP 1 Piece as many others in this forum would agree. Great barrel, fully customizable, and only $50.
If it shoots decently then there's really no point in blowing money on something that doesn't need to be replaced. Unless you have hoards of cash to burn.

I would guess the 32* Carbon Fiber is better than a Tear Drop.

Just wanted to note that CP's actually go for 45 new.

Keep the Carbon Fiber, and instead of buying a new barrel, buy a reg, electronic hopper, or some other upgrade.

reg on mag=dumb. it'll starve the gun. I would use the money on a decent hopper or put it towards a level 10 if it doesn't already have one.

Whoops, I was thinking he was getting a tippy for some reason. Maybe because a lot of people with barrel questions lately have had Tippies. I dunno, like ShadowWalker said, just get an electro hopper, level 10, etc.

not trying to get off topic, but what is "level 10"?
I suggest you stick with the carbon fiber and see how its shoots first.

It a bolt for automages. Its designed not to chop, and when set-up correctly, simply won't.

I finally got to try it out, and i'm impressed. Maybe its because my last gun was not as accurate as the mag. I found it hard to clean after a break, even though theres supposed to be ceramic or something on the inside.

Instead of starting a whole new thread I though I’d just ask this in this one
Im think of getting the 32* carbon fiber or the evil driver, ill be getting either one in a 14" and since they are both the same price idk, im kind of leaning towards the driver just because of the fade

The Driver would be the better choice. It's more accurate, and the fade looks really good. I would still get a CP 2 piece over either one, but if you really like the fade, there's not a huge difference between the CP and the Driver.

thanx yea i guess ill go w/ the driver then, i think it would look sweet with blue to black barrel then black to blue gun
