Anti Siphon adapter?

What is this? I seen it at http://www.iisports.com, it's called a Universal Anti-Siphon Adaptor! what does it do and where do i mount it?

it is just an adapter that allows you to screw any anti siphon tank onto any ASA. The way anti siphon tubes work is thath the tube has to curve up to the top side of the tank when screwed onto the gun. If you screw it onto another gun with a different ASA, the threads might be different and the anti siphon tube might not be in the right position.
