If you have a revvy, use that for a while unless you have enough money to buy a new oone right away. If thats the case, I would go with the Egg 2 w/ y board then you could possibly buy a z- board for it. but youre fine with an egg-2.

BKOs can only do 18bps mechanically. I would look into an Egg with Z board.

I have an Evo II w/ Y-Board right now.
Works great. Just remember to reinforce your detent or you'll most likely have some big double feeding problems.
I'm planning on getting a Z-Board too, since I can still chop if a try :-D

You still chop with your Eggy w/ Y and SP mod?...wait, you do have SP mod right.
Anyway, if you have the money, Eggy w/ Z or Halo B, if your dont have that much, just go with the Eggy or Eggy w/ Y.

Yeah, my SP Mod vent was clogged I found out. I fixed it but haven't had an oppertunity to test it out yet. And yes, I can outrun the Y-Board :-D

If you can outrun your hopper, you can chop.

Yeah I was going to say...I've seen BKOs with the SP mod use a vl200 and no chops.
BKO detents are CRAP! Using a Halo B would not be the best on these weak detents. Using an Egg with Y/Z would be better on the detents, even though Egg shells are soooo breakable. Does anyone know if you can buy the cocker detents they sell at zeni and use them on a BKO?

I know i've asked it before, I just keep forgetting the answer. The crappy detents are the only thing I do not like about a BKO. I think I am going to go to a hardware store and get better o-rings.

I just reinforced mine with Macro Mod. That works great.
I'm not sure you'll find stiffer O-Rings at the hardware store, but if you do let me know how it works out. I might do the same :-D

As soon as I get my BKO back from ICD, I will do a test on how the detents hold up on a revy compared to a Halo. After that I'll go to the hardware store and look for some o-rings and see how it compares.

the detents should work perfectly for any hopper out there besides the Halo B. The Halo B is the only one you should have issues with as its really the only true force fed hopper out there that puts pressure on the stack. That is what can lead to the double feeding. The Egg no matter which board you have or any gravity fed hopper out there will not cause this problem.

OT: Yoda - What hopper do you use on your BKO?

You could tap the other side to accept a cocker detent.
All you need is a drill press to make sure you are going straight down on the gun.

I have a Z-Boarded egg and a Halo B with Rip Drive as well as a Richochet Apache, 3 markers need 3 hoppers =). Ive used all 3 on all 3 of my markers

Well, it DID cause this problem for me. It's not the constant pressure (I mean not with the Egg, this doesn't apply to Halo), it's how the Egg was pushing the balls into my gun. The balls weren't just dropping in, the Egg was shoving them. The week azz O-Ring couldn't deal with it and I was double and triple feeding. I reinforced the detent and my problems went away.
I mean, I'm not making this up. Perhaps i got an exceptionally week O-Ring or something, but i did have trouble with it.

Will an Empire Loader work well with the BKO? Better than the revy?

probably not, it might be even slower than the revvy on a bko, not sure, but at least go for the eggy 2 y board

i use a halo on my bko with macro-reinforced detents, and it works great, haven't had one double feed yet, or one chop yet.
i think people exaggerate how hard the halo forcefeeds,
