well dude,

Its all dependant on what you want from your marker. Personal opinion,

I would change to...

1) Palmer stabilser. For the cost of about $100 plus the cost of a ASA adapter, you can add in one of the most relable regs on the market. Be sure if you do this to GET THE LOW PRESURE SPRING. If you fail this, you will not be able to use the marker. You can get the stabiliser from I&Isports, and directly from palmer. also the ASA from lapco tends to be one of the better fits IMHO. its about $25 or so.

2) Ripper frame, Cost of about $120 or around there. I love my ripper frame, fits the hand nice, trigger has zero slop to it. Quite fast and very ajustable. Not sure who to order it from. Look at some of the bushmaster groups, the should list it.

3) Low rise/High rise, cost $20-$50, many places to get. I found changeing to a low rise gave me the lowered height and added feed relabity i wanted. Now if you do go with the low rise, you MUST use a Xboard or other fast board in you rev. it will not work right with the stock board.

Sonic frame, and ripper highrise, then leave it be.

i'd start with a sonic frame if you're not having problems right now.
if you have trouble w/ consitency then go for the MacDEV Gladiator available at g3.
if you have further velocity problems get the sonic lpr

if you have a lot of kick then a RED or vapor valve will help out a lot, i felt significant difference in feel after i bought the RED valve.

personally, i wouldn't buy a palmer stabalizer for your bushy unless you are running co2.
if you are running nitro either get a sidewinder or a gladiator.

when buying an asa make sure it has a guage port if your reg doesn't, i know the gladiator doesn't. i'd reccomend the sonic asa, i'm getting one very soon because it has a guage port, perfectly fits the gladiator and due to it's larger size, i've heard it drops OP a couple psi also.

and the ripper is closer to $80.

as for everything i listed.
sonic frame 100
glad 75
sonic lpr 85 (comes w/ ram guage that helps A LOT)
red valve 35
sonic asa 25 or 30

thats just the mac dev way to go.
but i'd say all you'd NEED is maybe the gladiator or sidewinder if you're having problem w/ consistency.
but if you have a seriouse problem w/ your gun i'd send it to get fixed and vaporized while it's there

hope this helped
if you have specific questions on certain products those could be entertained as well

I got to ask, why would you need a guage on your reg? A good reg like the palmer, should never need to be changed once set up.

I dont really mind the stock frame. And i prefer the gladiator over the stabilizer any day

So you can say to your custom cocker toting friend, Wow, i got my bushy running 170psi for 40 bucks, how much did you spend? 20,000?. Hehe

Jk you cocker lovers. i dunno, that joke just seems funny to me.

gladiators and sidewinders are known to best the 2 best HPA regs. if i ran co2 i'd get a max flo, if somehow i couldn't get one, i'd get a stabalizer.
but you need a guage to know what you're feeding into your bushy to reach peak performance.
you might need to change depending on various conditions.
if you change your barrel, different balls, new any part of your gun you'd need to change it.
if you don't change or use a guage i'd still have the input on my bushy at 300 psi, but my op has dropped significatly now i'm putting in around 200 from my glad and 80 out of my lpr.
that's why i personally would feel more comfortable with a guage.

PLus you dont want to ruin your gun, right? Maxflos are too expensive for what their worth, kind of like angel to me. I have a double stab on my defiant for co2, one came with the gun and the female I got for much less than a maxflo.
