New paint job

Need some tips, just got a WGP Pro Stock a/c (Blue) and wanted to add some flames on the front, but keep the blue on the rest of the gun (or turn the blue into black w/ flames).

Materials:

1. Sharp exacto knife

2. Duct tape

3. Paint

4. Surface that can be scratched and cut

Take a piece of duct tape and lay it down on the surface that you have chosen. Prodceed to cut out the tape and get the shape you want.

Remove the portion cut out and peal the tape off the surface. Place the tape where you want it on the gun and paint.

The best way to do the paintjob itself is to take a small amount of fine sandpaper and remove the annodizing an add two layers of primer (spray paint primer to keep the coats thin). Then add 2-3 coats of color and a clear coat.
