Paintball laws

Anyone know if you can play paintball on National Forest,county open space, and BLM public lands? Like the same places I can hunt.I live in Colorado,anybody know where I get this info?I would hate to be shooting where it's illegal and give paintball another black mark.

Obviously I didn't see the other threads. I did a search as you suggested and there are like 7 threads but not a whole lot of info for national forest and BLM.I don't know where to start,city,county,state...feds...

Freak, I live close to Denver.
