I recently saw the warp feed being used at the web dog video archives. I was wondering if anyone here has the Warp Feed For their Model 98 or 98 custom?
If you do please let me know how it works. The pros and cons of it also.
I am very interested in this product, please help me out.
Thanks!

Here's (http://www.airgun.com/warp_feed.shtml) how it works. If you have any questions about afterwards, PM Yak.

I sent you a PM back. You dont really need the warp unless you have an RT or ebolt. for a mech 98, its not necessary. also, it is forcefed, so a regular gravity loader is not that good on it. you will want to put a reloader, revy, riko on it. I will have pics of mine up soon, like maybe tonight or tomorrow. it can also activate and spin if you have it on vibe setting, just by bumping it or the gun or running (unless you run like jerry rice, smooth and no head bounce, that guy has the cleanest stride ive ever seen).
the trend has only begun. :P J/k Im not the first to put a warp on my gun, but i dont see them that often, esp on a tippmann. usually a mag or something. Thats also a plus since I am hopefully going to get a mag in the future and move the warp onto it.

In response to your PM yakitori, You said they are $90
I looked on paintballgear.com. They had one that said they are just for AGD guns, that one was $90. There was another one that was made by AGD but was for almost every other gun... it was $170. Were did you get yours and did it say its just for AGD's ????

You also could use it to reduce profile, when shooting out of a bunker.

The ProTeam Products warp is claimed to be the only one that will work on every gun, but the AGD warp will work fine on any gun as well. For your Tippmann, you'll just need to get the Lapco direct feed or ProTeam powerfeed.

everyone knows that the warp will lower the profile. dont pretend I didnt know that, that is a given. :D. but it still wont be great w/o an electric loader sitting on top of it. and it is a force fed loader at about 16bps uphill. so, my reasoning is, 90 bucks just to elimate hopper hits is a lot to spend. getting the benefit of it being fast is just as important in my book.
everyone is right. the AGD will fit, you will just need a direct or powerfeed. AGD website has them for 89 bucks if pbgear is outta stock (always :P)
anyway, you dont 'have' to have the direct or powerfeed. YOu can find some tubing from the hardware store, clamp it to the tippmann feedneck and attach the warp on top of it. That will prolly be the cheapest way to go w/o cutting.
I have my direct feed on order because it gives it a nice clean look and a slightly lower profile than the modded stock tippmann feedneck w/ the warp connector on top.
here is pics of mine w/o the direct feed yet: http://www.pbreview.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=2028025#post2028025
anything you want to know about the warp, go here: http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?t=50487
now take the idea and run w/ it. :P. j/k. it isnt my idea, I just like it.
