macro has a bigger diameter, thus higher flowing

Which means that you can (and probably will) get some big time shootdown when using microline if you have a high air volume gun, like a shocker

yes!! i know the difference between macro and micro line! but what i don't know is what shootdown is. i guess all this time i've just been too embarrased to ask, can anyone help?

When your gun isnt getting enough pressure fast enough it gets shootdown. Each successive shot goes slower and slower. usually caused by an air system that wont flow fast enough

so you'll just pull the trigger and nothing happens?

No, the balls dont travel as far. Imagine it like, your first shot goes 120 feet, the second 115, the third 105, and the 4th 80 feet.
