Sup.
I was planning on making a field this summer wit some of my friends, and we were just gonnna use some stuff i have lyin around. its not gonna be crap field, were hoping it will be actually quite nice. But my question is, if my mom gets a big Co2 tank, the refill kind, and charge $ for refillls and parking, do I need a permit of some kind?
And is tarp easilly shot through by paintballs?

An old tarp can be shot through. You will need a business permit. And you will need to get chronos and have everyone sign releases for insurance that no one will sue you. Good luck.

If your just going to make a field to play on you should just make it you and your friends, as soon as you start charging people the more liablility that is put up on your shoulders.

don't bother making it a business... just make up a waiver for your friends to sign when they play...
