What would be some good upgrades for a Spyder Rodeo? Do you think I could play a 5 man rookie tournament with this marker? Thanks for your help.

Some people go all out uping spyders. Some say dont do much. Im one that says not much, get a comfortable barrel(kit or if lack of money boomy/ultralight), a drop is preference, possibly regulator, bolt, board, feedneck, all these if you want to put a lot of money into it

and yes, you can use this in tourneys. Its not the gun.

Also like Danman said this should goto Kingman forum. Click Here (http://www.pbreview.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=67) to goto the kingman forum, and be sure to read the stickys they have a lot of information.

Rookie tourny? Of course, just make sure you add an E-frame so you can shoot faster.

All you need is an e-frame. A new barrel. A reloader. Maybe a new regulator. Some cool stickers, and you will definatley be able to play some low level tournies. HPA wouldnt be a bad idea either. You can always use it on a different gun if you decide to get a new gun.

Definitley. Just get comfortable with your marker and be able to snap shoot w/ it well and all of the basics and you will definitley be able to compete. But also, don't let the name fool you, you will still face teams with high end guns in rookie tournies, just sharpen your skills though and you should beat them:)
