I don't know what a vacuum chamber is and what it does. Please enlighten me....

It comes on the rebel bottomline i'm getting if you wanted to know

It's sometimes known as a high volume cell. The main purpose is to help increase your volume of air when being used with a low pressure gun.

On a gun that's not low pressure, there's debate whether it actually does anything or not. One theory is that it helps store a volume of air close to the valve, so you can get a faster recharge rate on the gun which should help improve consistency during rapid fire. I don't know if it's ever been proven, but it could be true. In either case, it doesn't hurt anything.
