I'm new to paintball and I purchased a Viewloader Genesis which I like. It works well and is easy to maintain. I got a new barrel for it a Dye Stainless and I was told Spyder barrels would fit. It does screw in but there is a gap between the barrel and the gun and it is tightened completely. It shoots great and does not break paint, but the gap is ugly. Is this normal? The stock barrel is visibly shorter after the treads. Any help would be appreciated.

When you own a Rolls Royce, ppl can't tell while you're walking thru K-Mart! The same hold true here. If you want looks, drop a couple hundred, If you wanna shoot the competition don't worry about looks!

Ok here is what I did. I took a Rubber Grip from a Dr Grip pen, cut it to size put it on the barrel now it looks like a large black O-ring. Solved the gap problem and looks like a stock piece. Gun shoots great as I mentioned before.
