I am looking at either the Spyder Imagine (http://www.kingman.com/section/emarker/guns/imagine.html) or the Viewloader Orion (http://www.viewloader.com/product.asp?item_num=65&fam=Markers+and+Kits)
From the reviews I read I am leaning more towards the Orion. Not planning on entering tournaments or anything Just some backyard battling.
No need to tell me about goggles, I already know I need a good set with antifog, etc. But as far as the guns go, what should I expect.

since it's just for backyard play, may as well go with the cheapest, which is the orion.

just get the imagine. They have an electric frame, and you can adjust the amount of bps you want to shoot. BUt over both i would get an Xtra or a Victor.

Your name isn't a wise choice and will probably get you banned.

I read in the reviews, that they were both tourny level guns.

since you're neither playing tourneys nor playing regulated fields (from what i gathered), get the cheapest.

I dont plan on it for a while. IF I decide to play regulated feilds would both be decent choices?

How do you change your name.
Maybe you could help him with that.

Get the cheapest one. Save money, and no need to buy more batteries or complicated electronics.

no, VL overall doesn't have as solid of a rep as Spyder does for begginer guns. IMO the only good thing they make is loaders. the imagine will give you the rate of fire you need, plus its not that expensive(i believe $130) compared to other electros in it's class. i think you will have the best time with the imagine.

I agree. It's not worth saving money if you can't have much fun because your marker is poor quality/chops every other shot/can't get any upgrades for it down the road/breaking a lot, etc etc.
I say fork up the extra cash, go with the better known name. Imagine.

Just to let you know, you dont NEED 13 BPS. Look at most Stock classers and pumpers, they get about 4 BEST, and play speedball.
LEts not turn it to an ROF argument though.
Get the imagine, a mask, and an Empire Reloader*
*=if possible, if not get a ricochet or 12 v. Revolution

I am looking at loaders even after one day of use.

Just so you know, the Reloader can be more effective than the Revvy, because Revvys wait for a break in the feed before they spin, Reloaders spin every shot (sound activated)
Not a biggie, but since they're the same price, worth noting.
