I use a 20 oz and I've just gotten used to it. For me, it's only umcomfortable when I put it on my shoulder and hold the front grip, so I just put my left hand on the bottomline.

I'd get a 16oz stubby w\anti siphon. You'll get around 1000shots with that. And its much smaller.

16oz
I just purchased a 16oz about 2 months ago. It is so much more comfy then my 20oz. I get about 750 shots, +-50.

I like my 16 oz. It's not too big and I get enough shots out of it. Getting it anti-siphoned will be a good idea.

I have a 20 and like it, its perfect for me to shoulder, given im 6'4.
I'd recommend a 16 oz though unless your willing to get a dropforward.

Get a 16 oz if you dont have a drop. Later if you do get a drop, you can always just buy a 20 oz tank.

Why does everybody say 16oz. Get a 20oz. It would last longer. Especially when you play with friends. Make you happy just fine. I don't use a drop foward, and to tell you the truth I like the feel of all that weight, so BLAH! 20oz is just fine for me.

People were reccomending the 16oz because it is shorter and easier to use without a drop.

I guess, though I'm pefectly fine with 20.
Some people even have 24 Idk if they use a drop or not though. I don't.

if your worried about it being to heavy or uncomphoratable get a remote hose. Thats what I use and its been great so far. But, my experiance has been that the remote hose goes through o-rings pretty quickly so stock up.

Id say w/o a drop, get the 16 stubby and get it antisiphoned. You will get close to 1000 w/ that as ppl have already said. it will be more comfy than a 20oz. the 20oz though is the same length as the 9 oz, but it is just bigger diameter. Its all preference. try them both and see what you like before you buy one. I know that 20oz are not hard to find, you can ask someone at the field if they will let you screw it into your gun for a sec.

1. I would definitely recommend getting a drop forward, no matter which size of tank you get
2. If you aren't going to buy multiple tanks, you should probably go with a larger tank
3. Regarding HPA with Tippys, I have a 91/45 tank that I can't use for my 98 because the output pressure is too low, so I have to use CO2. After several years of personal experience, I can safely say that CO2 works perfectly well for Tippmanns

I have 3 20oz. co2's and a 3000psi. tank and neither w/o a drop bother me.Jus think of them as stocks if that helps.Because in a way they are and thats sort of how i use mine. But 20 oz. would prolly be best unless u can get the short/stubby/steel 16 oz. tanks that are really short but heavy. Those are cool plus if u dont like a "stock" tank poking into you.:P i confused myself(its late). But overall get a 20oz.And a drop is never a bad idea either.
