i just got a 5th generation b2k im guessing, and its slow. what year model is this gun?is it supposed to shoot around 8-10 bps?

A fifth gen is more than likely going to be a Fishbone milled B2K.

None of these markers where ever capped below 13 bps. The stock electronics on them made them seem like they were capped at 8-10bps but with a simple chip upgrade you can make the marker sing to the tune of 20BPS!!!

Depending on the board that is in the marker you can upgrade it with proper Chaos chip and you will swear you have a different marker in your hands than when the stock chip is in there.
