PT Pro

I'm interested in the PT Pro, but I'm wondering, does it take the clips or does it have a built in tube?

The PT Professional takes a clip, much like the Punisher does. I haven't seen a PT Professional in person, so I don't know if they're exactly the same in that respect. My guess, however, is that after they made the Enforcer, they saw the Punisher's clip and said "Hey, that's the smart way of doing it" so they whipped out the Professional. The Pro and the Punisher might as well be the same gun though, if you ask me.
