I've never heard that expression before but I imagine it's a no-no.

Sometimes people just put names of other guns in the title just so that when someone searches for a certain gun, they also get a result of a gun they dont want, but it has the name of the gun they wanted in the title, so its there to look at.
For example, if someone searched impules, they'd come up with results for the gun you showed us just now. Then the searcher may look at this gun out of curiosity and may end up buying it, a gun he didnt even want in the first place. Doubt it works much but its annoying as hell.
