Mechanical guns like Spyders operate by having the trigger mechanically move the sear, which drops the hammer, which opens the valve.

Putting an electric frame on a Spyder changes that by having the trigger send a signal to the electronics, and then they move the sear, which drops the hammer, which opens the valve. The upshot is you can get a much lighter/shorter trigger pull, or you can program the electronics to fire turbo, burst, or f/a.

Full-out Electros like Timmys operate by having the trigger send a signal to the electronics. The electronics then open a solenoid valve.

For a given setup (same barrel, same bore/paint match, same gas supply) all 3 of these types of guns should fire with pretty much the same accuracy.
