If you get a impulse, do you have to get the vision with it? Is it only necessary for people who can shot fast? Please tell me why!

No, you can buy Impulses without Vision at www.ratpb.com for around $425. They are, however, "Vision ready" meaning you can purchase and install Vision whenever you want.

Vision is designed for people with slower hoppers, or people that just chop a lot. It has an eye that detects when paint is there and if paint is not there, it won't fire. It does have some kinks in the way it works. If you want to buy a good ACE system buy the Equalizer board from www.wickedairsportz.com. It is a near flawless eye that is priced very moderately for the performance it gives.

And the guns without the vision has a cap on the stock board, I believe. I think it is around 13.6 bps. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Yep,

non vision 13.7 bps
vision 20 bps

but, like shneeko6 said, I would get a non vision and buy the equalizer eye.

So the best thing to do would just get the equalizer board and not the vision, and what exactly does the equalizer board have that the vision board does not?

WAS is uncapped... meaning you can shoot as fast as your fingers and pneumatics will get you, it reads all color paint unlike sp's vision, which does not detect dark paint and WAS is just better.
