Hey all
I really like mags, i like em more then cockers. Should i just start saving up for a mag and screw upgrading my spyder? I really like automags, what are the perks of having one? also where is the cheapest i can get one? i found the TKO for 250 is that a good deal??? i wanna start an am team so im playin with my spyder but im askin for a mag next year.......:( too long

i would save up for a mag and forget about the spyder. i love my mag, and i cant really say that there are any perks about having one. the only bad thing is that at the beginning you have to break the trigger in.

at www.firstcallpaintball.com they have a classic mag for 305 and a mini for 309. whered u find a tko for 250?

I got to try out a mag for the first time last weekend. It shot well, the biggest thing I noticed was how small it felt. Even compared to my spyder. It also had a very nice feeling trigger.

Go mag, compared to Spyders, its a whole world of difference. Thats why mags are called "High End GUns" and Spyders are "Low end Guns", defintely get a mag and trick it out like Sig Says'.

Don't bother tricking out your Spyder. You will never get out the money you put in to it. Save up for the Mag.

Well, with the mags current resale value I doubt he would get back his money either.

Although I do agree with you that the mag would probably be the better option. It depends how far you want to go with your spyder. If you stop at a new barrel/reg as your only non-gun transferable upgrades then you will have a nice marker for a very decent price. If you want to go lp, and such I would just got for a mag.
