My friend said he read somewhere that 2 piece barrels are more accuret then a 1 piece, I think their about the same.
"2 piece barrels are more accuret then a 1 piecebarrels."
Is that fact or fiction?

most of the time that will hold true since the honing process on 2 piece backs are of higher quality when compared to one piece barrels.

It can, depenent on honing and minuetly (sp) on the chance that the paint to barrel match is better. But in general there going to shoot the same. The advantage many two pieces have in customibilty.

That is 100% fiction.

supposebly it reduced frictions on the ball the first section projects it straight and the second reforms it supposebly.

Well that's what marketing will tell us. However, there really is no difference. There is less friction on the ball because it only is supposed to touch the sides of the back. But basically, like aznpsycho said, 2 piece barrels are honed better than one piece barrels. You get what you pay most of the time.

Generally, higher end barrels are 2 pieces, but it doesn't really have an advantage over 1 pieces.

also paint to barrel match i buy pretty much infernos only because they work best with my flatline, the infernos are
DIABLO Inferno Medium bore .689 - .691
so my barrel size should be .691?
this is my first barrel besides flatline, ive used that for a while in woodsball almost a year now and want to use a diffbarrel when i go down south to visit my friend and play at his speedball range., plus i can use it at a range around here to.
does anyone who uses infernos use a 2piece CP barrel and what barrel size? because I want to stick with what I like and just one kind of paint and thats my babies the infernos

I would go with a .689 bore personally but a .691 will work just as good. The paint size will vary a little. The CP 2 piece, UL, Boomy, and Longbow are all good 2 piece barrels.

Cp two pieces work for any setup. Best barrel for the price, great quality, great customer service, just best bang for buck and very good with customiabilty (is that even a word?)

you should be fine with inferno's. they should have pretty much consistent paint sizes near .689 so there's almost no way you'll be screwed unless u get a crap batch.
