An 03/04 cocker if you want to save.

BKO, timmys, angels, impys are good for both.

Any marker is good for any type of game play there is a guy at my field who uses a STO Karnivore for woods. Any gun is good for any field don't listen to whatever anyone says, just get a good that feels good to you.

you can pretty much take any gun and trick it out so that its either a speedball or woodsball gun.

To throw another option in there, look into automags. Awesome woodsball marker: great durability, realibility, simplicity, traits you look for in woods. You can even dry fire or take it under water.

As for speedball, it's as compact as anything, and can be upped to be fast, flashy, etc.

Why would u use an automag under water???????? like cmon who the heck is gonna play p ball under water.

and about what gun to get, what ever floats ur boat.

personally id go with a 2003 vert cocker.

It represents the simplicity, durability, and reliability of them, all musts for woods. I'm not literally saying, hey go play underwater. Come on now, learn to apply things in context.

And he asked what was best for woods and speedball. I don't believe you can argue that cockers are better woodsball markers, given the traits I mentioned above.

And the Tac-One series AGD is coming out with tops it all off.

Matrix, Really quiet, can be really efficient, both of which help in the woods. And it's blazingly fast for Speedball.

O yeah and any marker that is good for spped ball will be good for woods. Don't try to argue. If you do want to come up with a good example.

Easy. My ex-captain, has a Viking, that shoots really fast, and consistant and is a great speedball marker. But the gun is loud as all hell, and would give your position in woods away with one shot to people in the entire woods. A matrix, may take a few shots, and even then, it wont let everybody know where you are and where you're shooting.

Well of course something like a Trix would be an obvious choice, but judging from his other threads in the new ballers forum, I have reason to doubt he has the money for one.

yes that may be true but many people consider the tippmanns as good woods ball guns. Yes i know most of them are noobs. But which would you rather be playin with a tippmann or a viking (stupid question i know you dont even have to answer it)

yes that was...random.

Mags are great for both. So are cockers, BKO's, Trix's, and any other marker.
