Quiet Fast gun For Under 500 or 400

Ok yes, i have searched but i cant decide which gun to get under 500 or 400 dollars. i AM A BACK MAN SO IM looking for somthing fast, quiet and efrficient. I was looking at the O4 cocker because of its accuracy and operation. Is it quiet ? And also i was looking at the 2004 BKO Xtreme. Is that quiet aswell. Please list some other guns too. I was thinking of an impulse but i would want vision with that because my friends say it will chop and it is also nice have. I would aslo like a light gun. Please reccomend some good markers. I'm still trying to figure out why people want quiet guns, if you are playing 5 on 5 and everyone is shooting non stop, is there even a need for a quiet gun? get a BKO or a Impulse with vision, look in the B/S/T forums for cheap deals on electronic guns.

Quiet is a cocker or a barrel with a lot of porting.
Impulses are good. Used matrixes can be found for a little more than 500. BKO's are nice. Outkast Cockers and then put a Worrblade on it or just get a Nightkast.

Yea i think i may stretch and get a rat jr and upgrade to was later on . sounds like the best setup. By the way are impulses quiet and efficent?

why does it have to be quiet? Just get a well ported barrel i guess and that will quiet it down a bit. Its not loud, its not quiet, its inbetween. Efficient? How so? Like air efficient? Also avarage. Speed efficient? Stock: not really. upgraded like an OTB frame or I frame: Definatly.

You'd have to buy the Angel used and send it out to get it drilled for the eyes, which is very costly. Or you could buy the Impulse brand new, and the WAS board yourself, and intstall it yourself. With a completly new setup. That will shoot just as good as the Angel.

Blizz - Have you felt the weight of the rat? is it heavy or light? I know it has some sick milling. Also is their much of a difference between the rat and rat jr?

Well, the RatJR is pretty light I think.

Go for the Impulse.

I'm gonna say a B2k4 or a Outkast and then worrblade it. Cockers are very efficient and quiet but not very fast without a blade. I have little expeirience with Imps but I do know a Rat jnr and an imp with WAS can rip

The rat jr. is not extremely light, however, it is not that bad and wont leave your arm sore at the end of the day.

get a used mag with lvl 10 off eBay or an older Shocker

I would take the BKO over a stock Impulse.

The stock BKO is pretty quiet.

MUCH quiter then an Impulse w/ Freak Kit. I can tell you that much. Although I don't know where Freaks fall in the realm of noise level.

I can tell you. A 16 inch freak is the quitest barrel out there.

Freaks with teardrop fronts have the most porting out there bar none.

Since the rat impulse is the nicest gun you've been considering, you should probably get that. The new ones on e-paintballoutlet also come with a free blind bolt upgrade as well.

Having said that I would get a used bushmaster or impulse with vision on ebay for less than 500. For that much they'd probably come with some sweet upgrades as well. The vision systems that come on impulses and bushmasters will still work better than the blind bolt will.

No matter which gun you get you NEED some sort of anti-chop system if you're going to be playing back. My buddy has a rat impulse with an egg and he chops like crazy unless he consciously shoots slowly.
