You guys are all definately right. Who would spend over 1,000 dollars on a paintball gun. Some people would..Dont get me wrong but why does it cost so much. Theres gotta be a guin better then the Angel that costs under 9 hundred.

and you say a shutter???.....it is only like 40 dollars more than a TL+...and it has a better ano job...you do get a reg and x chamber(gas through for grip)...and a bottom line...so...they are giving you "something" for the extra money...are you getting the best....no...and with all these 400+dollar markers out there...I can't see how a 200 dollar maker cost too much for what you are getting....when the performance of a 1500 marker isn't 1300 dollars better...again....IMO

It isnt the most advanced or best performing. Compare it to a matrix or a timmy and explain why it's better. And no, Hype doesnt count as a good thing, and "the most advanced marker in the world" is one of WDPs many self pimping catch phrases that they've never even considered trying to back up. Who cares everybody has there own opinion, and just from the thousands of reviews I have read it seems to me that what ever gun a particular owner has whether it is a Talon or a Cobra LCD it's still probably going to be "THE MOST ADVANCED PAINTBALL GUN IN THE WORLD" to that person. The only reason I slightly snaped is because it gets a little sad having to put up with the "Angel is to expensive crap." I consider the price of the gun to be cheap and it didnt put a scratch on my bank account balance. And obviously It didnt to many other people, being that I see it at every tournament I go to. Sadly I cant say that for the Timmy or the Matrix.

Oh well maybe someday, right?

obviously you've never tried the Intimmy. They have great ROF, they feel very nice, have crazy good accuracy and efficiency, and costs less than 800....that and their looks are truly unique. YOu won't mistake any gun for the Intimy.

Hey i gotta question for all of you who said angels aren't worth it, have any of you ever played with an angel?

I have used cockers, shockers, bushies, mags, an intimmy, f-5s, a matrix, and none of them wowed my as much as the angel. The only thing that comes close is the f-5 but i dont like the fact that they aren't very reliable and the customer service from sandridge is pretty bad.

Play a few games with a properly setup angel and you wont doubt that they are some of the best guns in the world.

At the target shoot and speed shoot at skyball I used a few 2K1s, a cobra, and a bonebreak, and to be honest, I wasnt impressed. I just dont see why you'd pay a thousand dollars more for a gun that has no more features or performance advantages than a bushmaster with a gladiator or vigi on it. Look at your other options, you've got guns for less with chop eyes, guns that run as well on CO2 as they do nitro, spool valve designs that completely dissasemble with the removal of 1 screw, guns with low pressure bolts that wont break a ball if it closes on one, guns that combine electronic ROF limiting and reliability with a reactive trigger, tell me exactly what the hell your money is going towards when you buy an angel?

Stompa, I dont mean to insult you or the gun you own, and I'm sorry if it sounds that way, but I get ticked when people (not you, but someone else) state that the reason the angel is the best is because "Everyone uses em, AND THEY'RE THE MOST EXPENSIVE!". When you're that ignorant, you dont even belong shooting a spyder. Go ahead and think the angel is a better gun, but try at least having a good reason for it beyond "I paid too much money for my electro and if something is better I'm gonna burry my head in the sand and curse up a storm and hope it goes away". you were at sky ball thats awsome our team registerd to late we went to wacth but my friend got food poisoning and to others got really sick but the other 6 of us tryed to walk but we were like 30 km away from the dome so we said ta hell with it and went to some arcade

it's a 585$ side arm. That is way over priced far above my imagination for a 10 shot 12 gram co2 gun. This gun is way over priced then any automag or angel.

Hey twitch, when you kept using the word "you" you wernt refering to me were you? wait umm thats pretty confusing. I dont think angels are the "best gun" they are just my favorite guns.

Also most angel owners dont care bout spending the money, becuase to them its worth it.

But anyways, to each his own. Its the same as saying a super high end custom westwood cocker or bullseye cocker isnt gonna perform any better than most of the $700 to $900 cockers.

Ill even go as far to say that i think the stock pneus are better than aftermarket pneus with the exception of pamlers stuff which are as good. Im saying this in regards to performance and reliability. I think the kapp parts look dead sexy. If ya look at many of the high end cockers, they use alot of sto parts, which are pretty much the stock cocker parts on the 2k cockers.

Alot of people pay for extra cosmetics, which is what you pay for when someone gets a cobra or adrenalin angel. They shoot pretty much the same as a stock angel.



And as far as the chopping thing, angels really dont chop alot, if ever. Most of the guys i play with stopped carrying squeegies with them during games because their angels never break paint. And if ya really want an anti-chop eye, there are places that can mod your angel to use an a.c.e.
