i am realy thinking about ditching my spyder and getting a tes. i would put my 68/3000 n2 tank and my torpedo on there. i really want to know if the tes is effiecient. can someone tell me if its a gas hog or very efficient? thanks a bunch. and i wanna know if it is quiet or not. thanks.

I find it very efficient, maybe thats because they didnt send me a "faulty" TES.. Of 5 people i know who own TES's, none have problems besides one, and I know he doesnt take care of it at all. :|

But as for balls per oz or PSI, it will vary, i couldnt really give you a straight on answer, because for 5 hours, about 800 shots i used only a 12 oz tank and it wasnt even finished :) of c02 of course... im to poor right now for nitro :(

1000+ is not very likely on a TES, in my experience. I have a 68 3000 steel tank on mine, and I get about 700 shots or so, (standard for 68 3000).

As far as I can tell, the TES stock is quieter than Spyders, (at least quieter than a stock Shutter, which I have the most experience with). It is much quieter with a new bolt, though. It didn't seem loud at first, but as soon as I got my Superfly bolt, it quieted down a lot.

i have polished internals and i get about 1450 shots off a 20oz if you change the springs so i guess around 850 shot off a 68ci 3000psi if you tune it right and polish the internals oh yea im shooting 280 fps on average

You should get about 10 shots per cubic inch with a 3000 psi tank and about 15 per cubic inch with a 4500.....
