i say egg becouse its cheaper..does the job and does not take 6 batteries. the halo is heavy and i'm a stick so ya weight makes the diffrence to me not to mention all those batteries u go through. but that my opinion others say halo becouse its faster and yes i can't argue it is faster.

I would go with a Reloader B. Sound activation rules. The only thing bad about eggs are their weak shells, but an Egg with Z board is good too.

well actually they did reinforce the feednecks tremendously (hope i spelt that correct) and i can say the feedneck is strong....but i do not like the lid at all.
but i must agree with justbunkered reloader b if u have the money is the way to go. and if u do want a halo b and are worried about double feeding u can do the oring mod or get the victory boared (adjustable speeds for a halo) but i personally think if u don't have pds get the fastest hopper u can afford

what weak shells? You know everybody complains about them but since the first couple installments of the egg the shells have been great for atleast a year. My egg has gone through so many drops and getting itself rammed into trees,rocks,bunkers and have not gotten the slighest crack. Don't repeat something that hasnt been true for awhile. Unless you have had a problem with your egg's shell then i stand corrected but otherwise shut up.

p.s. JB this is not directed at you im just sick of all the little kiddies jumping around saying egg shells are weak when in fact they have never tried it and just liking justifying why they bought another hopper.

#1 probelm w/ the egg. The weak azz lid hinges!!

My cousin has gone through about 4 lids in the last 2 years or so. And I think he's on his second shell (some chunks broke off the original shell were the screws are in the front).

So I think the Egg shell is pretty tough, but VL/BE should figure out a way to re-inforce the lid hinges. Lol, my cousin glued a washer onto his old lid so he could play with it after it broke. It woked, but he got a new lid anyways.

yeah I can agree with that, I liked my egg, and it had tough shells, but the lid did break on me.... so I would advise any eggy users to keep a spare, that time it broke ruined my day because i didn't have a spare.

The only problem I've had with my egg was my friend broke off the lid because he twisted it wrong. I dropped my egg from at least 3 feet onto concrete with paint in it, and a bunch of the paint broke inside the hopper, but nothing happened to the hopper.

ok were talking about quality, but egg shells are 7 dollars. what about the speed. i just got my egg II and i am disgusted with it. im not fast on my bko but i shoot 15-16, and with the egg i chop so much. i havent shoot it with the gun and all these stupid companies play the blame game. icd blames VL and my paint VL blames paint and icd 4 blowback. its annoying. im gonna try a halo b and will b back 2 show the results.

i am no expert bout icd products...well to be honest i know nothing but from owning previous guns i can honestly say that a high rise will definitly help out. theres a cheap upgrade and a potential solution

i used to chop with my bko, running an eggy y/board....but then I got a halo...and I just plain CAN'T chop, so I'm happy now. :D
