Keeping the team together.?????

We were al set to get this paintball team together and everyone was real keen to get into it. But Its been a couple of weeks now and people are pulling out. Im still really eager. Any ideas????:(

I just made a team also. We were supposed to play our first tourney two weeks ago, but it got cancelled. My advice is to either to:

A. Remake the team with people who you know are more willing to devote their time and money.

B. Encourage them to play because they can win prizes, and get sponsored. If they actually like paintball they'll like the idea.

Yeah I know those aren’t really good methods of keeping a team together, but if they don't want to play then it's going to be hard to make a team. Try to spread your eagerness to the rest of your teammates. Good luck.
